10. T Slips: Example T4, T4A, T4A(OAS), T4A(P), T4E, T4RSP, T5007 etc
1. Dependents (Full Name, Date of Birth and their relation to you –
Example: Son, Daughter, Mother, Father…)
2. Child Benefit Slip: RC62
3. T2202: Tuition Receipt (if attending school / college / university)
4. Rent Receipts - from Landlord/s
5. Property Tax if you are a homeowner
6. Charitable or Political Donations
7. Prescription Medication Bills
As of 2025, First Time Filers are not required by CRA to submit bank information. After receiving your Notice of Assessment, you will be required by CRA to create your “My Account” with CRA and you will need to include your Bank Information for Direct Deposit.
